Easter

 It has taken me a couple of years to figure it out but where we live they have egg hunts the weekend before Easter.  My mom and I took Addi and Easton it was in the park not far from our house.  Addi had a really good time.  They had eggs ice cream stands and gave away books and balloons.  Easton was so thrilled to have his picture with the Easter bunny.

 The Saturday before Easter  Justin had to work so Addi and I made cookies and colored eggs.  Janie came over to help and Addi had a good time.  She liked coloring the eggs and she even liked eating them which I was really surprised.

Easter Sunday my family came over to eat.  We had a really good time Addi loves it when everyone comes over and pays special attention to her.  We hid eggs and blew bubbles I think everyone had a good time. 

6 and 7 months

Six and Seven months passed by so fast.  Easton went in for his 6 month check and he weighs 18 pounds and I will have to look to see how long.  He is sitting up eating baby food is strictly formula and rocks on all fours...he is so close to crawling.  He has gotten three teeth in less than 2 weeks.  He has been pretty fussy with the teething and is really clingy which makes it really hard to get things done.  He is still not sleeoing through the night he has been getting up 2-3 times a night the last couple of weeks but before that it was once a night about 2 then again at 6.  I am so tired!  He is such a happy baby most of the time he gets so excited when Justin and I come home and he loves to watch Addi.  It has been fun this past month seeing them interact.  He does not go back to dr until 9 months so I do not know how much he weighed at 7 months.  He seems so big.  I can not believe he is almost 8 months old!

 It has been a long time since I have updated anything.  I feel like the days are so busy and they pass quickly.  Justin is still working alot so most days when I get the kids to bed I just want to sit and do nothing! 

We have been enjoying the warm weather. It snowed on a Monday and then was in the 70's by the end of the week. This winter has been really not a winter at all but we are ready for sppring!

Sometimes when Justin is gone I try to do something fun for Addi. She thought the donut was the best thing ever.

Valentines Day

Valentines day has really changed for us. This year I had to work so Justin was home with the kids. Justin made dinner and we just stayed home. Addi was so excited about her Valentine bag. She got lipgloss, earrings and flip flops. I thought she would love the earrings they are temporary tattoos that you put on with a wet cloth. She cried and cried when I put one on so she had one earring on for several days. Go figure.

5 Months

Since Easton is almost 6 months I need to write about his 5 months. He is getting so big I am not sure how much he weighs because we did not have to see the dr this month. He is so much bigger than Addi was at this age. His hair is growing and coming in it is alot lighter than it looks in the pictures it is going to be blonde. He is already wearing 6 months clothes and we had to go to size 3 diapers. Addi wore a size 4 when she stopped wearing diapers at 2 yrs and 5 months! You started eating rice cereal and hoped that would make you sleep longer at night but it had no effect. You are a happy happy baby. I just love you so much I love to watch you and Addi together so sweet. I over heard her telling Easton he was her best friend. I am so blessed!
