Where does time go

It seems like yesterday when Addi was this size and then sometimes I don't remember her being this size!! Each day and week goes by so fast. I am waiting for Addi to wake up so we can go visit a friend for some reason she is sleeping forever I think she knows when her Momma has someplace she wants to go.

Here Lately

Addi is on her way to feed the ducks she ate most of the bread herself...

Well here is what we have been up to lately...the last two pictures are Addi on her way to Sunday school. I think she looks so big in these pictures. Addi has been doing good in the nursery she cries when you drop her off but within a few minutes she is busy playing with the baby dolls. I really like the church we have been going to. I have really missed going to church and it is nice to go and go as a family.

This weekend we went to the lake with some friends. We had a good time but man it was HOT!! Addi really likes to play in the water she swam in the lake and in the baby pool and really likes playing with her shovels and buckets. It was nice to get away just for the night. It is fun to just hang out get in the water and of course cook out some good food.

Addi is getting so big she does something everyday that amazes me. She had gone to the bathroom in the toilet 4 times now!!! Justin ordered her a potty so maybe next week she will get it. Justin took her one time at the lake and she fell into the toilet yuck...poor girl it really scared her. She has really started plating with her baby later she picks her up and kisses and hugs her. She will bounce her up and down and likes to put diapers on her and wrap her in a blanket. It is so amazing how much they learn from watching what you do..a little scary. Sometimes she calls me Laurie and Justin. My name sounds like Waurie. She is so funny and it is amazing how fast they grow up.

The Rest of the Florida Trip

Ok finally these are some more pictures from Florida. Now Florida seems 100 years away. We have been so busy since we have been home. Justin is super busy with work school and clinical. He had an Ob clinical the other day and was in with two babies being born he even got to see a c-section. But we are so glad we got to go to Florida it was beautiful and we had such a great time. Maybe again next year??!!

Our trip to Florida was wonderful! The plane trip was fine even though Addi did not sleep at all. On the way back they had open seats so Addi got to sit in her own sleep in her car seat which was much better than having to hold her. We would get up in the morning and go to the beach we could walk there from the house we stayed in. We would stay and play until it got to hot or the babies needed to go home then we would head home nap and eat lunch. The addition our house was in had a swimming pool so we would swim in the afternoon. In the evenings we would do different things one night my mom kept the babies and we went out and one night Justin and I went to eat together. It was beautiful the sand looks like snow...no oil or tar balls. It was wonderful someplace I would love to go back to I have more pictures and will post them when I upload them. In the mean time it has been back to life here. I was happy to see Sherman and Zoey and to be home. Justin is still super busy so we are just trying to find time to spend together.

Here is just a preview of what we have been up to this week ... paradise!!

We went to Amarillo this past week because Justins grandpa, Pops, passed away on Tuesday. Justin has the best grandparents and Justin would not be the man he is now if Pops had not been in his life. It was really nice to get to see the pictures of Pops and hear stories about him when he was younger. We hated the reason that we were there but it is one of the best times we have had together. It was nice to see everyone and spend time together. I hope Kenny having his grandkids there helped him. The picture of Addi and Kenny (J dad) two stepping is so sweet. I will be praying for everyone especially Grandma. We both loved Pops and he is missed. He was a great man and a great influence to Justin.

Justin has been looking crazy in some of his pictures because we count to three now for Addi and I guess J goes crazy hehe

We are a little behind...last weekend we went to the lake with the guys that are on Justins shift. It ended up not being to hot outside and Addi liked the water.
